We took part of the development of new products by the customer with the coating and the floating dryer technology which used them so far including each of the products such as the coater and the dryer.
There is not a limit in the desire of the customer "to want to send good products to the market".
We use the know-how which is based on the various facilities and the experiences such as the coater and the dryer which is the most advanced, too, and continue to realize the thought of "・・・of such products!" of the customer.

About the flow of the experiment
We introduce an experiment process in case of development of the products which the customer wants a form.
Understand a series of the flow about how new products are produced.
1. The finding of the seeds and the needs
In each step of the plan of the research and the development and the productive machine introduction, it conforms consultation on the seeds and the needs of the customer from our company's sales.
2. The proposal of the coating and drying condition
We propose the coating and drying condition,based on the experience and the dry simulation technology to have cultivated for our many years to the desire of the customer.
The reorganization corresponds to the test equipment flexibly to the case which becomes necessary, too, as far as it is possible and reproducing the condition which is approximate the productive machine.
Also, consult by all means of the test machine such as "the corona processing machine", "the UV equipment", "the static electricity eliminator", "the liquid supply pump", "the mixer deaerator machine" where the high quality is looked for, too. It uses our wide communication network and we cope with various tests flexibly.
3. The decision the experiment day

In the day, to utilize limited time effectively to the full, we do a proposal about the experiment contents and the procedure.
4. The experiment day
It is possible for the customer to concentrate on the confirmation of the test, because our experienced staff does the preparation of the test, the operation, the cleaning up of test equipment completely and until gathering of data.

- In the sample test of "the light is prohibition", we were carrying-out secret experiment in an utterly dark environment.
- In the condition "that the sample has become hopeless when exposed to the light", we did a test of the goods.
Because the day was long August when it was requested from the customer, we began an experiment from 8 o'clock of night.
No one can move in the condition which doesn't have a light at all, then we began the work to depend on 3 or 4 pieces of red light only.
It was very troubled that the thing can not see clearly, to do the experiment without the delay.
The sample which is satisfied with the customer could be made finally.
At present, it is good remembrance.
